clipper approved by the shareholders of nordic tankers
At Nordic Tankers A/S' extraordinary shareholders meeting held on 17 December 2009 the transaction of transferring the activities of Clipper Tankers and Clipper Marine Services into Nordic Tankers was approved almost unanimously by the shareholders of Nordic Tankers with 98.63% of the votes.
