open reporting

Clipper has implemented an Open Reporting System, by which shore-side and vessel employees have the opportunity to report issues concerning environmental non-compliance and other marine environmental violations in general.

The reporting will be confidential and conducted in total anonymity. All employees and crew members are encouraged to use the link to the right or following e-mail:

CMS.ECP@clipper-group.com

Retaliation against personnel who will make use of the the Open Reporting System will not be tolerated. It is Clipper's clear policy that an open and honest dialogue concerning environmental protection has a high priority in order to achieve our goal – to be one of the leading companies when it comes to environmental protection.

In order to reassure and legitimise the open reporting, Clipper intends to discipline or even dismiss the employee who fails to report when a discharge, spill or other environmental non-compliance/incidents occur.

A Corporate Compliance Manager (Capt. Benny Nielsen) has been appointed within the auspices of Clipper Marine Services. All notifications concerning environmental issues will be addressed directly to him and he will hereby personally deal with the matter.
