We thus take pride in educating young people offering a 2-year traineeship in shipping or accounting for young graduates who have completed the Higher Commercial Examination (HHX) or equivalent.

As our trainee programmes are demanding, we expect our trainees to be ambitious and hard working. An international atmosphere is characteristic of the daily work within Clipper, and the challenging working environment requires great flexibility, an open mind-set and good knowledge of English.
