You and your manager share the responsibility for your continuous development. As an employee in Clipper you will find that you are encouraged to continuously develop your competences.
Your manager conducts an annual assessment of your competences and together you will draw up a development plan. The development methods in Clipper vary from on-the-job-training, development tasks, coaching, in-house courses, job rotation, external courses to higher education in Denmark and abroad.
As a manager with Clipper you will be trained in basic management and leadership skills as well as business skills. Clipper's internal leadership programme is a must for all managers. Here you learn about Clipper's leadership platform and general leadership tools. On top of this, we cooperate with external national and international partners who specialise in leadership development.
