1 January 2008 Clipper became the sole owner of Scandlines Sydfynske A/S (Sydfynske). Sydfynske owns the Danish ferry services of Esbjerg-Fanø, Bøjden-Fynshav and Spodsbjerg-Tårs, currently served by a total of 7 ferries.
As of October 2008, the ferry route between Sælvig (Samsø) and Hou (Jutland) will be operated by Nordic Ferry Services A/S, jointly owned by Clipper and Bornholmstrafikken A/S.
Furthermore, Clipper has acquired 30% of the shares in Mols-Linien A/S.
